To the glory of God, the Diocese On The Lake is eighteen years old today. Did i hear you say happy birthday to her?
Yes!, it is worth it but more of the birthday wishes should go to our Diocesan, His Lordship, Rt Rev Chijioke B.N.Oti, PhD, Jp, and Mama On the Lake, Mrs Ijeoma P Oti, MA, Jp, for achieving a lot within the period under review.
A time to roll out the drums is fact approaching and history will definitely tell itself.
We salute the Clergy/Wives, wherever they are, call them the foot Soldiers if you don't mind.
The Church Teachers/wives, laity and other Staffers are also saluted.
To our friends and all who have laboured with us but in prayers and financial support, thank you all, be rest assured that God will continue to bless you all.
To our heroes and heroines from all our Churches in the Diocese, those who have joined the Church triumphant (Clergy and Laity)
"A sleep in Jesus, blessed sleep" we still remember your contributions.
Almighty and Eternal God, we thank you for the gift of the Diocese On The Lake.
May your love continue to strengthen, sustain and guide us.
Help us to remain focused and serve with a quiet mind.
Thank you for the blessings recorded and hope for a brighter tomorrow, as we continue to build on Christ alone.
