Today, 17/6/26, the Executive Chairman of Owerri-west LGA, Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, undertook an unscheduled visit to the gigantic admin block in the Council premises where construction work is still ongoing.
On ground to receive him was the Supervisor for Works, Hon Iyke Odunze who is behind the success story.
The SECLOG, Chief Dr Fidel Onyeneke, accompanied the Executive Chairman.
According to Hon Odunze, the edifice has 14 offices downstairs and 6 offices upstairs with a conference hall.
