One characteristic of a good leader is being gender sensitive and this you must give to the Executive Chairman of Owerri-west, Chief Hon Victor Nnamdi Osigwe(IKEOHA)
Today, he was a guest at the Okuku Women's August meeting with a retinue of of his appointees as well as with the leader of the Council's legislature Hon Olekaibe, the SECLOG, Hon Onyeneke, Hon Kelly Onyeka(Media Aide)and other Council officials.
The month of August every year is sacred, at least, in Imo State as it is always set aside for the Women to hold their August Meetings.
As a gender sensitive Administrator, Hon Victor Osigwe has never rejected any invitation to attend one in Owerri West LGA as that offers him the opportunity to thank the women as well as support them in their developmental strides.
