IKEOHA LAUDS OWERRI WEST IMO SECURITY ORGANIZATION.
--Commends Governor Uzodinma for empowering them.

The Executive Chairman of Owerri-west LGA, Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, has lauded the diligence and dexterity exhibited by personnel of the Owerri-west Imo Security Organisation(Vigilante) in the course of carrying out their duties.
He spoke at the Council headquarters, Umuguma, last Friday, 14th August, 2026, as the personnel converged for a routine physical verification exercise.
The ever security conscious Executive Chairman, insisted that kidnapping and other forms of criminality must be fought to a finish under his watch in Owerri West LGA.
While commending the gallantry and dedication of the officers drawn from the various Communities, Ikeoha stated that more was needed to be done especially in the areas of intelligence gathering and surveillance.
Ikeoha took time to appreciate the People's Governor, His Excellency, Dist.Sen.Hope Uzodimma ( Onwa Oyoko), for ensuring that materials required for operations by the Organizations state wide were provided including a superb welfare packages for the officers and assured that government would continue to support and assist them.
On ground at the forum were Captain Ude(Imo Security Organization Supervisor for Owerri-west), Chief Dr Fidel Onyeneke(SECLOG),Hon Olekaibe
(Leader of Council),Councilors, the DSS Officer, Hon John Nneji(SA, Community Affairs) as well as other Council Officials.
