IKEOHA CARRIES HIS PEACE CAMPAIGN TO AVU.

The Executive Chairman of Owerri-west LGA, Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, has been honouring 2026 Women August meeting invitations in Owerri-west.
Last Saturday (15//8/26), he was at Avu alongside the SECLOG, Chief Dr Fidel Onyeneke and his political appointees to grace the grand finale of the 2026 Avu women's August meeting there.
On hand to welcome him and his entourage was the PG of Avu Women, Mrs Chidinma Asoronye .
Mrs Asoronye thanked IKEOHA for honouring their invitation and extolled him for his developmental strides in Owerri West as well as all his efforts in restoring peace amongst the women wing.
Addressing the Women, an elated IKEOHA expressed delight over the heroic welcome accorded him and his entourage.
According to him, "i feel at home whenever i attend any occasion in Avu because Avu is my second home" .
He outlined the communal issues in Avu, ranging from the Women, Youth and Town Union but expressed delight that despite their enormity, his intervention was gradually bringing back peace and stability and pleaded for more time to unite the Avu/Obokwu Women.
The LG Executive Chairman thanked the Women and the good people of Avu for supporting his administration and encouraged them to keep on supporting the Renewed Hope administration across board especially during the election period.
