I RETORTED, " yes, he looks confident always".
He came up again, "why"?
MY REPLY:1) His name is Victor and he has been victorious all his life.
2) He's always been a servant leader and his political sagacity and dexterity takes him on.

ME: I was about mentioning the eighth name when he stopped me, smiled and asked, "as the present Executive Chairman of Owerri-west, doesn't he want a second tenure"?
