There are many indices to consider while interviewing applicants for a job position and these are contained in a template.
Similarly in politics, there are indices too while considering one for an appointment, no matter the level.
In politics, one consideration that comes to mind is the ability to deliver, which of course borders on experience, and this is where Hon. Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, comes in.
Without talking of presentability, ones gait is inwardly looked at, then comes pedigree.
Talking of pedigree, Chief Hon Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, has been a former this, a former that.
Former Councilor Umuguma Ward two Owerri-west.
Former Community Liaison officer.
Former Transition Committee Chairman of Owerri-west.
Former SOLAD, Owerri-west
Presently, Executive Chairman, Owerri-west, who deserves a second tenure.
Owerri-west is not a lab or testing ground for beginners(or a place for, "testing testing of the microphone") and as such deserves to be led by someone who has the experience like IKEOHA.
