THE PORTRAIT OF A WINNER
"IKEOHA" MEANS THE STRENGTH OF THE PEOPLE.

By Innocent Osuoha

In Owerri-West, his works have left their mark,
With dedication shining bright and clear;
Hon. Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, Ikeoha,
A leader whose service has brought him near the people..
The people speak of his projects and commitment,
Remembering the labour of his first tenure.

“IKEOHA” — THE STRENGTH OF THE PEOPLE.

A name that speaks of service and unity;
And voices across Owerri-West are calling,
Reflecting their wish for continuity.
They point to what his first tenure accomplished at the Council including peace in communites,
And place their hopes in what tomorrow may bring.
So let the record of his service speak,
Let the people freely make their choice;
May wisdom guide ndi Owerri-West in all things,
And may every citizen have a voice.
For where a leader has served with dedication,
His story remains a chapter worth remembering.
This keeps the Ikeoha theme, his first-term achievements, and the community's reported desire for continuity, while leaving the political decision to the people.
