On 3/3/26, at the Rear Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu Square (RANKS) Owerri, the APC State Congress was held and it was as smooth as anything you can think about
At that venue there was a change of baton at the end of the Congress Chief Austine Onyedebelu emerged as the APC State Chairman.
Attendees at the Square comported themselves very well and Owerri-west delegation was the cynosure of all eyes.
They exhibited calmness as they queued behind the Executive Chairman, Chief Hon Victor Nnamdi Osigwe IKEOHA,Jp,who led the delegation as they voted.
Some notable leaders/ personalities of Owerri West who lined up behind IKEOHA were Rt.Hon Kanayo Onyemaechi, Barr Victor Muruako, Hon Jennifer Oguzie, Chief Dr Fidel Onyeneke, Prof Eugene Opara and Hon Osinachi Amako amongst others too numerous to mention.
