The people of Owerri-West must remain grateful to Governor Hope Uzodinma for giving them a vibrant and youthful Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, Jp, as the Council Executive Chairman.
The last few days have been hectic for IKEOHA as he traveses from one end of his Constituency to the other making exploits. And because age is on his side and given his agility, he has been on the speedlane.
Note long ago, he was at Irete market to supervise the erection dwarf fencing project as a panacea to wedging war against accidents which had ravaged the area as a result of trading almost on the main road.
Next was the commissioning of the Avu market/ Umuajala road, a project attracted by a son of the soil, Engr Cyril Onyeneke.
As if that was not enough, IKEOHA, at the Council headquarters, Ikeoha hosted a crucial meeting of all the stakeholders of Owerri West LGA during which he distributed security materials given by the People's Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma.
Earlier today(10/3/26) again, at his home base, the Executive Chairman of Owerri West LGA, Hon Victor Osigwe Jp (Ikeoha) attended the ground-breaking ceremony of the perimeter fencing of Community Primary School Umuguma and lock up shops
Like earlier noted, the people of Owerri-West must be grateful for giving them a vibrant, youthful and energetic young man in the person of Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, IKEOHA, Jp, as Executive Chairman. A salute goes to his engine room, the SECLOG, Chief Dr Fidel Onyeneke.
