The good people of Owerri-west have been hailing the Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon Chief Victor Nnamdi Osigwe for his roles at ensuring that the LGA Congress was something to write home about and the subsequent release of the EXCO list which stake holders described as free and fair.
The above is consequent upon the fact that some areas never had it smooth like Owerri-west.
