On Owerri West soil, a light arose,
Chief Hon. Victor Nnamdi Osigwe, a man the people chose.
Hardworking hands that build, and a heart that does not tire,
Serving with diligence, setting progress on fire.
A politician with purpose, not just promises and noise,
But labor that speaks for women, men, girls and boys.

Kindness flows from him like rain upon the land,
A gentle spirit, yet a firm and steady hand.
Lovely husband, whose home reflects love’s glow,
Teaching that great leadership begins where families grow.
Generous in giving, quick to lift the low,
He shares his blessings so that community joy may grow.

So today, 1/8/26, we celebrate, an AUGUST BABY, with drums and joyful praise,
A birthday crowned with honor for his selfless ways.
May God who sees your work, add strength to every year,
Wisdom for the task, and peace that’s ever near.
Owerri West is proud of you— keep leading, keep the flame,
